Singapore offers lessons of seduction for the native population
They say that Singapore is going to increase the state’s slow-up birth rate by offering lessons regarding people’s sexuality and sex life.
All the students over there are already taught to analyze love songs, romantic movies, to focus on hand-holding and specific sexual behavior.
To my mind, the Russian strategy meant to overcome this problem is more reliable. In order to boost population’s birth-rate young families are motivated by being provided with apartments or monetary funds.
I think that Russian’s approach to this matter is more reasonable and wiser…
